   Cancellations by the client may result in loss of the retainer.
   Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability.
   In case of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergency, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.
4. Delivery of Work
   Edited photos and or videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe, typically 5 to 7 business days unless otherwise stated.
   A preview or selected images may be shared earlier for social media use.
   Delivery is made through a private online gallery or digital transfer.
5. Editing and Creative Style
   The final output reflects the creative style and professional judgment of Pritesh Lad.
   Raw or unedited files are not included unless explicitly agreed.
   Additional edits beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
6. Usage and Copyright
   All images and videos remain the intellectual property of Pritesh Lad.
   Clients receive a license for personal or business use depending on the agreement.
   Images may be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
   Clients are responsible for ensuring access to locations, permissions, and any required approvals.
   Cooperation during the shoot is essential for best results.
   Delays caused by the client may affect the final delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
   While every effort is made to deliver high-quality results, Pritesh Lad is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including weather conditions, venue restrictions, or equipment failure.
   In the unlikely event of total service failure, liability is limited to the amount paid.

   All content on this website, including images, videos, and text, is protected by copyright.
