Project Overview
At SN Patel Institute of Technology, I was actively involved in creating visual content for campus activities, including photography and video production.
After completing my bachelor’s degree, I was given the opportunity to lead a documentary and promotional film project for the institution. This also included creating media content for Vidyabharti Trust College of Master in Computer Application, located on the same campus.
The project was executed over a period of 2 to 3 months while the college was fully operational, requiring careful planning, coordination, and a strong storytelling approach.

COLLABORATION
Music production and dialogue recording were completed in collaboration with Roundrock Music Company, contributing to a cohesive and professionally produced final output.
Approach
The focus of this project was to create an authentic representation of campus life. Instead of relying on staged visuals, the goal was to capture real moments, interactions, and everyday experiences.
Filming was carried out during live academic sessions, events, and student activities. This required adaptability, patience, and attention to detail to ensure the visuals remained natural while still maintaining a strong narrative flow.
Challenges
Working within an active campus environment required managing schedules around lectures and ongoing activities. Capturing meaningful moments without interrupting the natural flow of the environment was a key challenge.
Handling multiple responsibilities including video, photography, and audio recording within a limited timeframe required efficient planning and execution.
Outcome
The final output included a documentary film along with a collection of promotional visuals that highlighted the institution’s academic environment, facilities, and student experience.
The project contributed to strengthening the institution’s visual identity and provided valuable content for future communication and promotion.
